The Trail

Be a responsible explorer

This is a very short and easy hike to some impressive waterfalls!

Note: this is also the trailhead for the much longer Mill B North Fork Trail.

From the parking lot, you will need to cross the street to the north.  Watch for cars as it can get pretty busy here on this curve in the road.  Once you cross the road, look to your left and you will see several logs that someone has placed in the creek.  You will need to cross over the creek (Mill B North Fork Creek) to the other side on the logs.

If you have children, extra precaution will of course be needed but overall it is fairly easy and the creek really isn’t that deep or wide.

Hike north a little ways and you will see Hidden Falls in front of you – and that is it!  You have made it!  This waterfall and the creek make for some great photos!

Just before the waterfalls and to the right, you will see a mine entrance.  You can peek inside of it through the metal grate.   I didn’t have a strong flashlight with me so I just cranked up the ISO settings on my camera and hoped I could see the back of it.
