I enjoyed standing underneath the waterfalls and cleaning off a full-day’s worth of dirt on me! There are some steep areas so make sure to keep an eye on kids and pets if there are any in your group.
The trail is steep! So watch kids and pets! The rock trail wasn’t very stable and if you slip, you could fall about 18 ft.
This is a quick fun adventure to nice waterfalls! I spent a whole day exploring in Escalante and got very dusty and dirty and then I found these waterfalls to clean off at. In the middle of summer there was a good amount of water flow and the water was cool and felt great in the summer heat! Make sure to bring a towel and wear some shoes that provide good grip on water.
There is a flat area before the falls where you can sit and enjoy the falls. There are two sets of waterfalls. The upper falls are easy to get to and fun to stand under. The lower falls are deep and seem to be a little bit more dangerous. I didn’t go down there, but stayed at the upper part. The falls are only about 8 ft tall.
