For a while I was thinking that this structure was a kiva, (a ceremonial and community structure used by the Puebloan people). But after thinking about it more, I believe that it could be something that was defensive. Just the way it was built with the window and no pillars for the roof supports that would normally be in place for a kiva, is why I’m thinking that way. What do you think?
