Good size tailings
I do not know the name to this mine. There are no names associated with it on any maps that I have so that is why I gave it a generic name.
I found this as I was hiking out to Lackawaxen Lake in Park City. I saw some odd shaped piles of rock that looked intentional and similar to mine tailings. After investigating I found mine artifacts and I had just enough battery left on my phone that I could check my mine map to verify if something was here. After checking, I found that this was indeed a mine.
Entrance is at the center of this photo
The entrance appears to be fully caved and blocked by granite boulders. If I had to estimate the size of this mine by the tailings alone I would say that there is about 300-400 ft of workings in this mine. The mine is located in a beautiful area so even though the mine is closed you can still take in the amazing views.
