This was a google earth find from a while ago about a forgotten village that I forgot about! Seriously! LOL these pictures have been saved on my drone for a few years until this week!
On google earth I saw over two dozen circles and squares in a few sq miles! After a long drive I was able to get close enough to get some pictures of this place.
What was going on here?
Is this an ancient Puebloan community or a more recent-ish Navajo establishment? Who knows! I wasn’t able to get closer due to safety concerns but maybe another time!
It’s hard to say! It doesn’t look like good quality masonry, but the structures are holding together pretty well. So my guess is it’s something from the past 200 or 300 years.
yeah that’s true. Just looks like larger stones roughly placed together. Your date range is probably right
I agree with Todd. They are too out there without anything else, and they just don’t have that look of the ancient structures.
